Our juicy sirloin steaks are full of flavour. Cut, trimmed and prepared to the highest standard by our butchers. Sirloin Steak shows exactly what better meat means and without doubt is an outstanding steak that can’t be beaten for its deep flavour.

SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 6 months from purchase.
Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours before cooking.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
Cooking
From chilled:
Remove the steak from its packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.
Heat large frying pan, oil the steak with a pinch of salt and pepper and place in the pan. Cook the steaks to your liking following the recommended times.
Rare: 1-2 minutes per side, rest for 4 minutes
Medium: 3 minutes per side, rest for 6 minutes
Well Done: 4-5 minutes per side, rest for 6 minute
Remove from the pan and leave to rest in a warm place for the recommended time.
