SUPPLIED FROZEN (on occasions they may be supplied fresh)
SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 3 months from purchase.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
From frozen: Pre-heat oven to 180°C/gas mark 5. Place product onto an oven tray and bake for 45-55 mins.
A probe is recommended to ensure product reaches 75°C.

THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION
If you have a temperature probe then use it to check cottage pie is above 75°C.
If 75°C is not reached then cook for further 3 mins and check temperature again. Repeat this process until 75°C is reached.
