Freeze on day of purchase – Store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Freezer shelf life is 6 months from purchase.
Defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours before cooking.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.
Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
Place joint into deep saucepan of cold water, bring to the boil, then discard water. This will ensure the product will not be salty. Fill back up with water and boil for 1 hour with an 750g sized joint. Probing is recommended to ensure product is cooked through reaching 71°C minimum.

THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION
If you have a temperature probe then use it to check loin of pork is above 71°C.
If 71°C is not reached then cook for further 3 mins and check temperature again. Repeat this process until 71°C is reached.
